#6 of 11 in Short-form clips

Best for: Beginners who want to try a faceless TikTok channel with almost no setup and do not need much creative control.
The short answer
More creators choose AiClips than Cliplama, and it ranks higher in our short-form clips list. Pick AiClips if you want creators who want a hands-off faceless tiktok, reels or shorts channel in a story, facts or motivation niche and are happy with a templated look. Pick Cliplama if you want beginners who want to try a faceless tiktok channel with almost no setup and do not need much creative control.
AiClips: A cheap, focused way to keep a faceless channel posting every day. It does one format well on paper, but it does not clip your own videos, the voice and visual options are narrow, and paid plans are non-refundable.
Cliplama: Cliplama is easy to understand and has a free preview video to test with. It is also a small product with few controls, TikTok-only scheduling, YouTube still marked "soon," and signs that it is updated less often than its rivals.

Strengths and weaknesses
AiClips
- Starter at $9 a month is one of the cheapest ways to run an automated faceless channel
- Plans are framed around posting cadence, so it is easy to see what you get
- Series automation removes the daily setup work
- Gameplay backgrounds cover the popular Reddit-story format
- Free preview episode lets you see the output before paying
- You own downloaded videos and can repurpose them anywhere
- Not a clipper. It does not turn your own long videos into shorts
- Only six voices and a small set of gameplay backgrounds
- No yearly discount and no refunds on paid plans
- Unused clips and the free preview cannot be downloaded without paying
- Faceless template formats are crowded on TikTok and YouTube, and platforms have tightened rules on mass-produced content
- Testimonials on the site use first names and round numbers that we could not verify
Cliplama
- Free video with no credit card required, enough to see the format
- Very simple flow: describe, pick a voice, generate
- Credits cover longer videos too, not just one-minute shorts
- One-time credit packs if you do not want a subscription
- Yearly billing saves up to five months on Basic
- ElevenLabs voices and Auto Shorts from the $39 Creator plan
- Scheduling only works with TikTok, and YouTube has been "coming soon" on the site
- Editing is limited to text, positions, animations and image regeneration
- The free video is watermarked and cannot be downloaded, so it is a preview only
- Small team with Gmail-based support, and a blog last updated in 2024
- No published refund policy
- Basic leaves out ElevenLabs voices and Auto Shorts, so the cheapest plan is not the full product
